General terms and conditions of business
Deliveries by JOSANTO are made under the following conditions. Any special agreements beyond this must be made in writing. An order is only considered accepted when it has been confirmed in writing by JOSANTO. The order is confirmed when the invoice is sent.ea commercial user. All prices are net prices plus statutory VAT, packaging and shipping. The prices in the written offer or order confirmation apply. Design and special services are charged according to the effort involved.
Delivery time:
All items will be delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery dates given (including fixed dates) are estimated shipping dates. However, JOSANTO reserves the right to request additional delivery times due to production difficulties, delivery delays on the part of the manufacturer or similar unforeseeable events.
Delivery:
EXW Hamburg. Direct shipping using the express procedure is possible and will be indicated accordingly in the offer.
Sample:
We would be happy to send you samples for a fee. The invoice may be issued in the following year if the order is not placed within one year (12 months) of the samples being sent.
Quantity:
For printed promotional items, over- or under-deliveries of 10% or defects of 5% must be accepted by the customer and do not constitute grounds for complaint for the entire order. The total price changes depending on the quantity.
Payment terms:
Delivery is usually made against advance payment, initial orders are always processed against advance payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In addition, JOSANTO reserves the right to request a deposit in advance and to only begin production/ordering of the goods after receipt of the corresponding payment. If deadlines are exceeded, we charge interest on arrears at the usual bank rate. Checks are only considered payment after they have been successfully cashed.
Retention of title:
The delivered goods remain the property of JOSANTO until they have been paid for in full. If the goods are resold beforehand, the resulting claim is deemed to be assigned to us. If amounts are received from this claim, these must be paid to JOSANTO.
Complaints:
Complaints regarding obvious defects can only be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods and upon presentation of the parcel receipt.
Pressure deviations
Minor printing deviations cannot always be avoided due to printing technology. In the case of colour reproductions (in all printing processes), minor deviations from the original and any digital proofs and changes to the printed image due to lamination or varnishing are not considered to be a legitimate reason for a complaint. The same applies to a comparison between any colour templates and proofs and the print run.
Returns:
Returns for credit are excluded for goods with advertising (except for complaints).
